Objective:

The objective of this project was to develop a Real Estate ERP solution for a startup Real Estate Agency to streamline its business operations, automate transactions, and improve business outcomes. The goal was to enhance the agency's efficiency, increase transparency in operations, and improve agent satisfaction through real-time monitoring of activities and automated payouts.
